What we need in order to quote
Three pieces of information are enough to get started, and they take a minute to write down.
- What kind of venue it is: restaurant, bar, café, hotel or club.
- The length of the wall where the furniture will stand, and the width of the room.
- When the furniture has to be in place.
If you have a floor plan, send it in whatever format you have it. If you do not, photographs from each side of the room with measurements written on them will do, especially of whatever causes trouble: a column, an alcove or a sloping wall.
What happens after you get in touch
First we talk about the venue and what the room will be used for. Then we send fabric samples, within one to two working days, picked for your venue rather than the whole collection.
After that you get a quotation together with a drawing of the module layout. You approve both before the order goes into production, not along the way. Corrections on paper cost time; corrections to a finished piece of furniture cost the furniture.
The quotation is free and without obligation.
Frequently asked questions
- What does a quotation cost?
- Nothing. The quotation is free and without obligation, including when it comes with a drawing of the module layout.
- How quickly will I get an answer?
- The same or the next working day. Fabric samples go out within one to two working days after the call, picked for your venue.
- Can I speak Norwegian?
- Yes. Monika answers in Norwegian on 968 27 586. We read e-mail in Norwegian or English equally well.
- Do I need a floor plan to ask for a price?
- No. The length of the wall, the width of the room and the number of seats you are aiming for is enough to get started. A floor plan makes it faster.
