Can we collect the furniture ourselves?

Yes, from the factory in Poland by prior arrangement.

As an export from Poland to a company in Norway, with 0 % VAT on the invoice. The buyer settles the import in the usual way.

Delivery and payment

Sofas in black with standard measurements are available with fast delivery, up to three working days plus freight. Other sizes and finishes have a lead time of four to six weeks, counted from the payment being registered. The standard finish is black. If you choose a different finish, the price may change and is then set individually.

Chairs and tables we make in 7 to 14 working days, so faster than furniture sewn to measure. If both are in the order, the chairs stay with us until the sofa is finished, and everything travels together.

We build modules up to 1.4 running metres, as standard 1 metre or 1.2, precisely with ordinary doorways and stairwells in mind. You do not need to order assembly, because the furniture is drawn so that it is not necessary. We will still assemble it for you if you want.

Payment

Every order is individual, in measurements and finish among other things. We therefore ask for at least 50 % of the order value before production starts, against a proforma invoice. The rest is paid by bank transfer before dispatch.

The lead time runs from the first payment being registered, not from the date on the order. That is a difference that quickly becomes a week when an opening date has already been announced.

The minimum order is one running metre.

Invoicing a Norwegian company

We sell from Poland to companies in Norway. The invoice goes out with 0 % VAT as an export, and the buyer settles the import in the usual way. This is how we have delivered to Norway for the past eighteen months.

How an order runs

First we measure up, either at your premises or from the floor plan you send. Then you get fabric samples, within one to two working days, picked for your venue rather than the whole collection.

After that comes the quotation together with a drawing of the module layout. You approve both before production starts.
