SNAKE 2 (hjørne)

SNAKE 2 is the module that turns the row of seats through a right angle. It has a back on two sides and fills the corner completely, so two straight runs meet with no gap and with nothing to be fitted on site.

Instead of sewing a special segment for the corner of the room, you drop in one ready made element.

Why a separate module for a right angle

In a sofa sewn to measure, the corner is drawn for the particular room and made as one element with its own cut of fabric. In a module system that approach would defeat the whole point, because the piece would stop being movable.

SNAKE 2 solves it differently: the right angle is a ready made block with fixed measurements. When you change the composition, the corner moves with the rest and still fits.

Measurements

The square outline of 70 x 70 cm matches the depth of the straight element, so the corner neither projects beyond the line of the row nor shortens it.

SNAKE 2 or SNAKE 4

Both modules change the direction of the row, but they do it in entirely different ways, and the prices differ considerably.

Choose SNAKE 2 when the row has to run along two walls meeting at a right angle. Choose SNAKE 4 when the seating has to curve softly or close into a circle.

Construction and lead time

Foam meant for continuous use, identical in every module in the system. The seat height of 40 cm is the same across the whole of SNAKE, so the corner meets both straight elements and ottomans in one line.

Fabric for serving venues has, with us, an abrasion resistance of at least 40 000 Martindale, and most of the range sits above 100 000. Production to measure takes roughly four to six weeks from the moment payment is registered: 968 27 586.
