The corners of a room are usually the hardest places to get anything out of: too small for a table of their own, too large to ignore. A corner sofa made to measure puts that space to use, instead of leaving it empty or filling it with something random.
Measure both walls, because the angle is rarely 90 degrees
Measure both walls that form the corner, not just one. The angle between them is rarely exactly 90 degrees, especially in older buildings and in premises converted from something else. Even a small deviation decides how the element sits against the wall on both sides.
We make corners at whatever angle you need. If the angle is anything other than square, we price the element individually, because it needs a pattern of its own.
What the shape does to the price
The shape shows up in the price in two places, and in a third it does not show up at all.

One continuous corner or two modules joined?
The choice between one piece and two modules comes down to one thing: is it the corner that should look as good as possible, or is the way into the venue the tightest part?
A continuous corner element looks more of a whole and removes the gap in the corner, but it is heavier to get in through narrow doors and stairwells. Two modules joined on site give more room for manoeuvre at delivery, at the cost of a visible joint.
A continuous corner we assemble from modules of up to 1.4 linear metres, and as standard we make them at 1 and 1.2 metres. Then they go in through ordinary doors, and the joints end up where they do not show.
Where the table should stand
Place the table so that the passage is wide on one side, instead of splitting the approach equally between two. A table shifted towards one wall gives the waiter one good way in, instead of two tight ones.
This is a decision far easier to take in planning than to correct once the piece is in place. The depth of the sofa, from 50 to 70 cm depending on the model, comes off the width of the room before you decide where the table goes.
Half round instead of rectangular: Hot Pot in Poznań
The shape does not have to be rectangular. In the Hot Pot restaurant in Poznań in Poland we drew a half round sofa, matched to the layout of the room.
